Founder’s Vision

eSWAYP was founded by Swapnil Sakpal an experienced engineer with a strong MBA background in Chemical Engineering & Supply Chain Management and Co-Founder Shweta Sakpal an experienced engineer in Electrical Project Engineering. During this journey, the founder observed a major gap — customers struggled to find reliable services, and skilled professionals lacked a structured platform to grow.
