How do I start using eSWSAYP services?

If you are a service provider,

· Download the eSWAYP Provider app from Play Store

· Signup/create your account

· Choose your plan and follow the process.

If you are a consumer,

· Download the Eswayp Provider app from Play Store

· Signup/create your account

· Select the services that you want to book.

Do you provide services to residential only?

No, our services are open not only for residential but also for commercial and industries.

What will be the payment mode?

If you are a service provider, you have to make an online payment for the plan purchase.

If you are a consumer, you can pay online while booking or after services with cash or card.

How much time it will take to confirm booked services?

Your booked service will take around 12hours for confirmation. You will get a notification once it gets confirmed.

Do I have to order a minimum amount for the services before I can make the booking?

For every category, there is a minimum order requirement in place to guarantee that our professionals' time is used effectively. You will be asked to add more services before you can check out if the services you have chosen don't satisfy the minimum order requirement.

Is there a cancellation fee charged by eSWAYP?

A cancellation fee is levied only if a professional is assigned to your reservation and the cancellation occurs closer to the scheduled booking time. This is to make sure that our professionals are adequately compensated for the time they spent traveling to your location and for their services.

The exact sum of the cancellation will be displayed as you proceed with the request.
