Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
eSWAYP believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Refund policy. Under this policy:
Submitted applications will be processed only after successful transaction has been done with the payment gateway. In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount However, cancellation/refund policy for a service will be governed solely based on applicable rules and regulations of the service as defined by department/agency owning the service.
If a user is availing of the online payment services, it will be assumed that the user is in acceptance of our online payment policies and terms and conditions.
Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, which is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the board via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided to confirm payment.
In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.
· How do I cancel my service request?
You can cancel your Service request online before the acceptance/ approval of order by service provider. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 07-10 days. An order cannot be cancelled once the service has been initiated by provider.
· How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 day to cancel the order. and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by Notification.
· When I will get back the amount for the cancelled order??
Once the order is cancelled the refund will be initiated within 2 days and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by eSWAYP.
· Can I cancel my Service request after work initiated?
No! once the work has been initiated, there is no Cancellation for the same. Although if service provider is agreed with you. There is no refund policy if you cancel service request at the middle of work.
· I have not got the refunded amount even after 07 days, what I have to do?
You can write an email to [email protected] with your Order no. and we will take necessary coordination with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.

Once the work has been initiated, there is no Cancellation for the same. There is no refund policy if you cancel service request at the middle of work.
